Since 2012 our team have been facilitating short term house rentals in Gisborne for Rhythm and Vines festival. Event Accom is a new company, continuing our enduring relationships with Gisborne homeowners to offer a range of rental house options for visitors attending events over the Christmas/New Year period and Labour Weekend.
How it works
Create an account to access the members-only area of this website which contains the house listings.
Log in to view accommodation listings
Apply for a house by clicking the Apply button on the house listing. Fill in the form, completing all of the fields. You may only apply for 1 house at a time (one active application).
Our team will check your references and once verified will submit your application to the homeowner.
We will let you know if your application has been accepted by the homeowner. If not accepted, then you are welcome to apply for another house.
If accepted you will be notified and a tax invoice for the deposit amount will be emailed to you. You will have 5 days in which to pay the deposit to confirm the rental, after which time the acceptance will expire if unpaid. The balance of payment is due 21 days prior to check-in.
We will keep in touch with you to give you all the information you need for a smooth rental process and relaxing holiday!
On check-in day we will meet you to provide the keys and directions to your rental home. Photo ID required for key collection.
